Do you write every ceremony?
What is the process like?
Yes. Every ceremony is written from scratch and thoughtfully crafted around your story, values, and preferences. Mae does not use pre-written scripts or templates.
It begins with a consultation to get to know you and your vision. From there, Mae works with you to shape the ceremony, offering guidance and structure along the way. You’ll have the opportunity to review and refine everything before your wedding day.
How far in advance should we book?
It’s best to book as early as possible, especially for peak wedding seasons. Availability is limited, and dates are reserved once a signed agreement and payment are received.
Do you help with writing vows?
Yes. Mae offers guidance and support for vow writing, whether you’d like help getting started, refining your words, or keeping vows balanced in tone and length. The add-on includes at it's base 2 meetings per spouse and we work on whatever you bring to the table - even if that's nothing and we need to brainstorm and build together.
Do you officiate elopements and small weddings?
Absolutely. Elopements and intimate weddings are welcomed and receive the same level of care and attention as larger ceremonies.
Are you open to different beliefs or traditions?
Yes. Mae works with couples from all backgrounds and belief systems. Ceremonies are created with respect, inclusivity, and care for what matters most to you.
